   C. came to learn (good teacher)

II. Nicodemus: Jn. 3:1-12
   A. came to Jesus
      1. saw the importance
      2. was determined to find the truth
      3. came even with a risk
   B. came to learn (Rabbi, we know you have come from God as a teacher)

III. Both asked questions
     The first agreed with Jesus
     The second did not say Jesus was right
     Neither accepted Jesus' teaching

IV. Zaccheus: Lk. 19:1-10
   A. ran ahead to see Jesus
   B. received Jesus gladly into his home
   C. accepted what Jesus said, even though it meant admitting he had done wrong, changing his life, and giving up money
