Hold to the traditions 11:2 (not tradition+Bible, but traditions OF the Bible) A. worship 11:17-22 B. doctrine 1. 3:10-11 2. 4:6 III. Know that: 11:3 A. the head of every man is Christ B. the head of the woman is man C. the head of Christ is God (these help us in doing II and III) IV. Be totally altruistic A. not seek our own good 10:23-24,31-33 B. wait for one another 11:33 C. take care of one another 12:12-31 (25) V. Resolve our problems from within 6:1-11 (rather be wronged or defrauded) VI. This week: A. ask myself:"What am I doing that hurts the body?" B. ask myself:"What am I doing to help the body? C. do something nice for somebody (in addition to what you would have ordinarily done) and be glad about it. VII. HOWEVER, it is not enough to just be a part of the body (vestigal organ) 10:1-5 In a moment we'll be singing an invitation song. Each one of us needs to ask himself "Is God pleased with ME?"
